Tandoori Specialties

All dishes are served with Naan

The Tandoor was invented in the 16th century. Its a traditional handmade clay oven and gives meat and bread a unique aromatic flavour. Imported from India it is fired with charcoal. All Tandoori dishes are prepared in the traditional style of the Mogul emperors and all meat dishes are marinated 24 hours before being cooked in the oven on a spit.
